Side Project — MIA Business

Built an operation other specialists can run to my own standard

A performance marketing agency for businesses, running Meta, Google, TikTok, Snapchat, and other paid channels. I built the system end to end to deliver on every client engagement.

What It Is

MIA Business is the client delivery side of Marketing In Action, a performance marketing agency running Meta, Google, TikTok, Snapchat, and other paid channels for businesses, run on a system I built so the work doesn't depend on me personally doing every task.

Why I Built It

Most solo consultants hit a ceiling the moment they try to hand work to someone else, because everything lived in their head. I wanted to prove I could avoid that: build the templates, the review gates, and the pricing structure up front, so a specialist could run an account to my standard without me sitting in on every decision.

What It Does

Every client runs through the same numbered sequence: onboarding, business briefing, audit, campaign build, and recurring reports. Where a specialist is involved, that expands to include an assignment brief and record with explicit review gates before anything goes live. Three engagement tiers, full management, a discounted pilot, and a setup-only offer, each carry their own scope and pay structure, and a shared live tracker shows stage and blockers without a status meeting. The campaign build itself runs on the same system across every channel, published as the Paid Acquisition Playbook, so a specialist runs Meta, Google, or TikTok to the same standard I would.

What It Taught Me

Building trust into a delivery system took as much design work as the marketing itself. Every client bundle handed to a specialist who isn't full-time staff runs through a privacy pass first, stripping internal pricing and file paths before it goes out. Every client report gets judged against the actual sales record, since the ad platform's own count typically runs high. A specialist can deliver client work today without me checking every account by hand because both of those systems already exist.
