Hello Charles and Steve

The GTM Studio sells repeatable systems. A second GTM Engineer is how delivery keeps that promise as clients grow.

You hired your first GTM Engineer in August and opened a second role a month later. Here's how I'd make each new client faster to launch than the last, and the proof I already build this way.

The Pitch: Where I'd Start

The GTM Studio sells engineered, repeatable systems rather than one-off campaigns. With a three-person team, that promise depends on what happens between a closed workshop and a live client build. Opening a second GTM Engineer role a month after the first says client demand is outrunning delivery capacity.

I'd start by pulling what past engagements have in common into a small library of Clay table templates, one per service tier, each with a standard enrichment waterfall and CRM hygiene pass, so onboarding starts from a template. Then I'd add a pre-send check on every client list for broken merge fields, missing enrichment and sending domains without their DNS records. A missing record is far cheaper to catch before a client campaign goes out than after the first bounce report.

The Proof

For my own go-to-market business, MIA GTM, I run live outbound across four niches, each with its own brief, offer and sequence. The data comes from the Prospect & Outbound Engine, a Python pipeline across 10+ sources with its own email verifier and a preview tool that checks every message against real account data before it sends. One run sourced 409 agencies, verified 271 emails and produced 267 send-ready leads.

At FunnelEnvy, I built the AI-enabled outbound stack on Clay that lifted reply rates 27%, and an account-based playbook on Clay, ExactBuyer and Instantly that lifted enterprise meeting bookings 31%. At Reform, I led the email platform migration to Brevo with SPF, DKIM and DMARC setup and a full list cleanup.

When an inbox provider activated sending domains for MIA Acquisition without publishing their DNS records, I traced the failure before a single campaign went out.

Let's talk about The GTM Studio.

If this is the right problem for you, I'd like to talk about it directly.
