Hello MaidThis

MaidThis sells its marketing system to franchisees as much as it sells cleaning.

Running that system consistently across every market at once is the real job here. Here's how I'd think about it, and the proof I can run it.

The Pitch: Where I'd Start

MaidThis franchisees run 100% remotely, no office, no trucks, no inventory, and most markets run two separate demand funnels at once, residential cleaning and Airbnb/Vrbo turnover, each with different buyer intent inside the same local market. Standardizing that consistently across every market is the real job here, and it's the same pattern I've run before: one system, adapted to many local contexts, not rebuilt from scratch every time a new market comes online.

I already run lead gen for US local-service businesses this way, home care, HVAC, pressure washing, water treatment, medspas, on Meta ads and other channels, on a codified operating system. The difference here is running that same mechanic across many franchisee accounts at once instead of one at a time, so I'd start by auditing what's actually happening market by market right now, paid performance, local SEO, the follow-up funnels, before touching anything.

Franchisees aren't employees, so this works through influence and clear systems, not direct authority. I'd build the standard once, well enough that a franchisee in one city and another in a different city can both follow it without needing me in the room.

The Proof

Through MIA Acquisition, I run lead generation directly for US local-service businesses, home care, HVAC, pressure washing, water treatment, medspas, on Meta ads and a pay-per-qualified-lead model. Six niches are live on that system today, at zero upfront cost to the client. The paid media runs on a documented system, the Paid Acquisition Playbook, not ad-hoc setup per market. At Cecure Intelligence, I built and led revenue operations across five African countries at once, generating 1,646 marketing qualified leads and $326,000 in sales velocity, while launching a new business line across those same markets. At Komfot Health, I built country-specific GTM playbooks for three markets under one central strategy. Through MIA Business, I've also built a delivery system other specialists run to my standard, proof my systems don't depend on me doing every task myself.

Let's talk about MaidThis.

If this is the right problem for you, I'd like to talk about it directly.
