Hello Ashby
That's the exact "localize the US motion, don't rebuild it" problem in front of Ashby right now. Here's how I'd think about it, and the proof I can run it.
James Praise · Marketing and GTM Operator
I'd start with exactly what I already drafted: an EMEA target-account framework built on Personio displacement, using Ashby One London's own output (the 180K-job data report, the DeepL and Moss quotes) as the proof source. Read the framework →
It's first-principles thinking, applied to something real and dated.
Neither DeepL nor Moss, both quoted in this week's press release, appears in Ashby's 35-item customer case-study library. All three of Ashby's existing comparison pages fight US-native competitors, while third-party sites already compare Ashby against Personio for EU buyers. This week's EMEA inputs simply haven't been run through the machinery the US motion already knows how to use.
Beyond the framework itself, I built the Target Account Strategy and ABM Playbook at FunnelEnvy on Clay, ExactBuyer, and Instantly, combining data signals with rep input. And I've managed multi-party agency and partner relationships (AWS, Google, Microsoft) toward one shared growth outcome at CIL, the closest analog to coordinating a gifting agency I have.
Start with the EMEA target-account framework I built from Ashby's own live research, event output, and the Personio comparison evidence third-party sites already publish, the sharpest single proof point here since it's the methodology already running. Beyond that: at FunnelEnvy, I built the Target Account Strategy and ABM Playbook on Clay, ExactBuyer, and Instantly, a 31% lift in enterprise meeting bookings. At Reform, I repositioned a developer-first SaaS platform for a mixed technical and business audience, 34% lift in trial activation. At Cecure Intelligence, I managed AWS, Google, and Microsoft partnerships feeding a 5-country Academy launch. I've also built and shipped 81 AI agent skills (34 published), daily proof I actually use the AI tools I'd be expected to work in.
If this is the right problem for you, I'd like to talk about it directly.
