Hello Trust Wallet
That's the exact trust-marketing problem this role exists to solve. Here's how I'd think about it, and the proof I can run it.
James Praise · Product Marketing Operator
I'd start with exactly what I already drafted: a trust-surface teardown showing where Trust Wallet's real, quantified reimbursement track record belongs, on the `/security` page, the extension download page, and the "Is Trust Wallet Safe?" post. Read the teardown →
Trust Wallet has one of the strongest concrete trust proof points available to any wallet in the market and none of it appears on the page built to answer the trust question.
The `/security` page leans entirely on audit firms, ISO certifications, and a bug bounty program, a genuinely strong credential stack, but it answers "who audited your code," not "what happens to my money if something goes wrong, and did you pay people back." That second question is exactly what a visitor who read the CoinDesk or Forbes coverage of the December breach is asking.
Beyond the teardown itself, I've built this kind of "notice the proof that's already there and put it where the buyer's looking" work before: at Reform, that meant repositioning a product for an audience with no fixed mental model of the category, 34% lift in trial activation.
Start with the trust-surface teardown, built from Trust Wallet's own security page and public incident coverage, the sharpest single proof point here since it goes straight at what worried users are asking. Beyond that: I founded and grew Marketing In Action from zero into a 5,000+ subscriber community platform, real community ownership, the same "moves fluidly, builds loyal cohorts" range this role names. At Reform, I repositioned a product for an audience with no fixed mental model yet, 34% trial activation lift. At FunnelEnvy, I built a cross-brand attribution stack specifically because single-channel reporting kept overstating each channel's real contribution to pipeline, the same instinct needed to check whether a trust message is landing once it's live.
If this is the right problem for you, I'd like to talk about it directly.
