Hello Trendspek
I read your homepage, pricing page and funding announcement the way a North American asset owner would. This is what that reader sees, which of your proof already carries over, and the first four changes I would test.

I wrote up the whole read, with screenshots of your homepage and pricing page. Read the full teardown →
On 30 September you announced A$6 million to expand into North America and Europe. Your first screen is already region-neutral, and that is a strength. Below it, the one country named in the homepage text is Australia, and your pricing shows "$10k a year" without saying which dollar. The page is accurate for the market you have today. A buyer in a new region has to work out for themselves whether the product has been used on assets like theirs.
You do not have to build that proof. It is already in your logo strip, the Osprey Integrity quote under it, and the Osprey Integrity and Welsh Water case studies. The logos and the quote carry no country, and neither case study sits on the first page of your case-study index.
I'd start with exactly what I already drafted: four changes in the order I would test them, each with the question it answers. See the four changes →
The first is a single line under the logo strip that says where the product is already used. The second puts a country on every customer quote. The third moves the North American and European case studies onto the first page of your case-study index. The fourth names the currency on the pricing page. I don't have your demo requests by country, so I wrote how I would find out whether any of this matters before you spend a sprint on it.
I do positioning, messaging and go-to-market for product-led companies. At Hank Robotics, a pre-commercial drone and robotics company, I took organic sessions up 2,064% in nine weeks. At Bujeti (YC W23) I built the positioning and the demand engine behind 1,331 marketing qualified leads in six months.
I run Marketing In Action, and I build my own go-to-market tooling, including the outbound engine I use for my own pipeline and Marketing Agent Skills, the Claude Code skills I run this work on.
If this is the right problem for you, I'd like to talk about it directly.
