Hello TODAY
Congratulations on the €2.8 million seed round. Before the expansion across Germany, Austria and Switzerland, I read the announcement next to every page your menu leads to, listed what each one says TODAY is, and wrote the one description I would test on all of them.

I read your announcement, your homepage, the Assistant, Simulations, Pricing and About pages, your German pages, your LinkedIn page and your open Account Executive posting. Each one gives TODAY a different name. The announcement says Sales Operating System and agentic platform. The homepage says AI coaching. The Assistant page says it writes up the meeting. The bar at the top of your pages links to the announcement, so a buyer comparing vendors reads both within a minute. Read the full teardown →
Your use-case pages are the other half. Your sitemap lists four of them, for insurers, brokers and agents, banks and financial services, and each one holds a title and a single line. Those pages are where the description has to be made for each buyer, and today they are empty.
Your own pages already hold the answer. The Assistant page, your pricing plans and your LinkedIn overview all describe the same product: TODAY writes up every client meeting and then coaches the advisor on the next one. Simulations and TODAY Voice sit on the same platform. I would put that sentence first on every page, and introduce the name Sales Operating System after it, once a reader knows what it covers. See the sentence and the three headlines →
Your customers describe three products too. One credits revenue and admin time, one credits the simulations, one credits the coaching. Which of those a buyer cares about depends on the buyer, so the sentence has to name the job all three share. I don't have your demo data or your win history, so I've also written how to find out whether it works before you change the homepage.
I do positioning, messaging and go-to-market for product-led companies. At Bujeti (Y Combinator W23) I built the positioning and the demand engine behind 1,331 marketing qualified leads in six months. At Reform I repositioned a developer-first product for a defined buyer and lifted trial activation 34%. At Hank Robotics I wrote the positioning framework and rebuilt the website copy for a pre-commercial robotics company.
I run Marketing In Action, and I build my own go-to-market tooling, including a prospect and outbound engine and Marketing Agent Skills, 81 Claude Code skills I wrote, 34 of them public.
If this is the right problem for you, I'd like to talk about it directly.
