Hello Ruby Labs

Ruby Labs is asking one person to deliver a small agency's worth of output.

Website, content, SEO, AI-discovery visibility, and acquisition for a brand-new B2B payments product, largely solo, with AI tools doing the heavy lifting. That's exactly the kind of work I already run for myself.

The Pitch

Ruby Labs needs one person to run a small agency's worth of output solo: website, content, SEO, and AI-discovery visibility for a new B2B product, inside a consumer-tech company that hasn't built this kind of thing before. That's exactly the scope I've been running for my own company for years, not something I'd be learning on the job.

If it's useful, I'd rather show you than tell you. I can put together a short, specific read on where I'd start with the new product's SEO and AI-discovery visibility and website conversion in the first 30 days, the same way I'd start on any product with no inbound engine yet. That offer stands whether or not this application moves forward.

The Proof

At Distrobird, I took organic search from zero to 3,000+ ranked keywords in 90 days for a seed-stage SaaS in a saturated category, the same inbound-from-nothing problem a brand-new B2B product faces. I've built and actively maintain 34 open-source Marketing Agent Skills, part of my own daily work. I also built a Prospect & Outbound Engine, a self-built pipeline I run solo at real scale: build the system yourself instead of waiting for a team you don't have.

Let's talk about Ruby Labs.

If this is the right problem for you, I'd like to talk about it directly.
