Hello Nuvion
Building that means connecting every event a user actually takes, joining the waitlist, verifying identity, funding an account, issuing a card, to the messages that move them forward.

I mapped Nuvion's actual six customer segments and the events each one would need connected to a lifecycle system. Read the architecture →
Six segments means six different definitions of "activated." A freelancer's first payment received looks nothing like a platform's first embedded payout, and one generic nurture sequence running underneath all of them would undercount most of it.
Attribution gets harder once real money starts moving. I'd build the measurement layer to track a user from the ad that brought them in through KYC, funding, and their first transaction, so spend gets judged on funded accounts across ten-plus regulatory markets.
The architecture I built maps real events to real journeys across all six of Nuvion's segments, not a template. Read the full breakdown →
I built Bujeti's growth engine from scratch, a spend and expense management fintech in Africa, generating 1,331 MQLs in six months and a 500% increase in new B2B customers in one quarter, in a market where trust has to be earned before a transaction happens. At Bento Africa, a payroll and HR fintech operating across four African markets, I delivered a peak 194% month-over-month user growth rate and a 50% increase in qualified sales volume. At Reform, I led the migration off a legacy email system and rebuilt every lifecycle flow and behavioral trigger from the ground up, lifting trial activation 34% and cutting email churn 22%.
At Cecure Intelligence, I ran growth and revenue operations across five African markets at once, each with its own regulatory context, generating 1,646 MQLs and $326K in sales velocity. At FunnelEnvy, I built the measurement stack that let a US and European growth team trust its own numbers across brands.
If this is the right problem for you, I'd like to talk about it directly.
