Hello Naïve

Growth resists full automation longer than almost any other function. That's exactly why it's the hardest test of Naïve's own thesis.

So much of growth is judgment calls under uncertainty: which channel, which message, when to kill a test. Testing an AI employee on growth specifically is the most convincing version of what Naïve is trying to prove.

The Pitch: Where I'd Start

Naïve is already deployed at 500+ companies, deploying AI employees that execute. A growth hire here has to prove the AI employee can actually do the job that resists automation the most, not just brief it and hand it off. Product, growth, and marketing already blur together in how I work, one reinforcing system rather than three separate lanes.

I'd build the growth system in code. I'd own content and distribution as an engineered pipeline the same way I already do for outbound. I hand-coded a webinar funnel from scratch with its own tracking layer once, when the bought tools couldn't measure what I needed.

I'd publish what I build so it compounds, the same habit that keeps my own agent skills library growing. And I'd treat AI tools as the growth engineer's actual edge, the same thesis behind Naïve's own product.

The Proof

I built and still run the Prospect & Outbound Engine, a self-built scraping, enrichment, and deliverability pipeline at scale across 9+ offers and niches. I built the Marketing Agent Skills library, 81 skills in daily use, 34 open source. And I design, build, and maintain 3 production websites myself, marketinginaction.xyz, Wholesome Girlies, and jamespraise.xyz, the growth engine and the sites that run it, all built and run by one person.

Let's talk about Naïve.

If this is the right problem for you, I'd like to talk about it directly.
