Hello dreamDEX

dreamDEX's blog says "no more choosing between self-custody and CEX performance." The app says nothing at all.

That's exactly the narrative-propagation problem this role exists to solve. Here's how I'd think about it, and the proof I can run it.

The Pitch: Where I'd Start

I'd start with exactly what I already drafted: a brief on the gap between dreamDEX's "Five Pillars" blog post and the live app.dreamdex.io experience. Read the brief → The blog lays out a genuinely sharp story: permanent zero fees, native MCP server access for AI-driven traders, self-custody with CEX-grade execution. The live app has three functional buttons and none of that story.

I want to be direct about a real gap first: I don't have professional trading-product or derivatives marketing experience. What I have is the exact motion this role needs regardless of category, finding where a real differentiation story hasn't reached the page where someone decides, and fixing it.

Beyond the brief itself, I've done this kind of repositioning before: at Reform, I moved a general-purpose form builder to a conversion-focused position after its acquisition, and trial activation rose 34%.

The Proof

Start with the dreamDEX product-surface brief, built from dreamDEX's own blog and live app, the sharpest single proof point here since it's the exact narrative-propagation work this role hires for. Beyond that: at Reform, I repositioned a general-purpose form builder into a conversion-focused product after its acquisition, and trial activation rose 34%. At Hank Robotics, I built positioning and messaging from scratch for a pre-commercialization category with no existing market narrative. At FunnelEnvy, I built cross-brand attribution infrastructure to track what campaigns drove versus what single-channel reporting credited them with.

Let's talk about dreamDEX.

If this is the right problem for you, I'd like to talk about it directly.
