Hello Dash0
That's exactly the playbook-rewrite problem this role exists to solve. Here's how I'd think about it, and the proof I can run it.
James Praise · Product Marketing Operator
I'd start with exactly what I already drafted: a rewritten version of Dash0's Datadog-alternatives page that folds the "Beyond Observability" narrative into Dash0's own self-description, plus a short memo naming the gap. Read the memo →
Mirko's July post laid out a real repositioning, and it's propagated cleanly to the homepage, blog, and docs. It hasn't reached the 66 comparison pages, the exact pages a buyer reads while actively choosing between Dash0 and a named competitor.
Both the Datadog and Honeycomb comparison pages still lead with "built from the ground up on open standards," the pitch the CEO's own post says is no longer sufficient alone. The strongest, newest differentiator Dash0 has, an AI SRE that watches the agents writing your code, isn't on the page built to win the exact decision it would help win.
Beyond the memo itself, I've built exactly this kind of narrative-consistency infrastructure before: at FunnelEnvy, agentic content-distribution systems (Claude Code, MCP, n8n) turned a single content asset into 10+ multi-channel outputs, the same discipline that keeps a fast-moving product's story consistent across comparison pages, changelog, and pricing copy.
Start with the comparison-page rewrite and memo, built from Dash0's own founder post and product docs, the sharpest single proof point here since it's the exact "rewrite the playbook" work this role hires for. Beyond that: at Reform, I repositioned a general-purpose form builder into a category-defining conversion product, 34% lift in trial activation, 19% more decision-stage leads from competitor pages, the closest direct analog to rewriting Dash0's own comparison pages. At FunnelEnvy, I built agentic content-distribution infrastructure so a single asset threads consistently across ten-plus channels. At Hank Robotics, I built positioning and messaging from scratch for a pre-commercialization deep-tech category, +1,900% MQL growth in 3 months.
If this is the right problem for you, I'd like to talk about it directly.
