Hello The GIST
The GIST's Partnerships team is scaling faster than its proposal capacity. Here's a module built directly from that gap, and the proof I've already built this kind of thing before.

I'd start with exactly what I already drafted: a reusable "non-endemic brand" proposal module, built around a quote Jacie deHoop gave Marketing Brew about the sponsor categories that hadn't historically bought into sports. Read the module →
The broader problem behind it is throughput, not creativity. The Partnerships team has added multiple Brand Partnerships Directors and Account Executives in the last year, which usually means sellers can source RFPs faster than a lean team can turn each one into a polished, on-brand deck under deadline. The fix isn't more decks written from scratch, it's a production system: a proposal skeleton with standard, reusable sections that a seller can hand off with the specific brand brief and get a first draft back fast, then iterate instead of starting cold every time.
The module is the clearest evidence: a real, reusable proposal section built from The GIST's own public facts, not a generic writing sample. Read the module →
At Cecure Intelligence Limited, I built revenue operations and partnerships with AWS, Google, and Microsoft across a five-country go-to-market, producing the sales and partnership materials behind $326K in sales velocity and $3.4M in open pipeline. That's the same deliverable shape this role owns: decks, pricing and packaging documents, and proposal materials built to hold up in front of a buyer under deadline.
I also run Marketing In Action, a newsletter and academy business with its own sponsor and affiliate-partner program. Writing the pitch materials a brand partner reads before saying yes, from the publisher side, is work I do routinely, not just something I've studied from the outside.
If this is the right problem for you, I'd like to talk about it directly.
