Hello Smart Timetable

Your messaging is already clear. The channel that would use it does not exist.

You said this would be interesting, so here it is. Your gap is a different shape from the ones I usually find, and the plan below says so instead of pretending otherwise.

The Finding

Most apps I look at have an unclear line between free and paid that users discover mid-task. You do not. Your FAQ lays out free against premium in plain, specific language, and there is no confusion-driven complaint pattern in your reviews. So this is not that plan with your name swapped in. Conversion also already works once someone reaches it. One reviewer: "I tried Smart Timetable and it was so much more helpful than expected and I paid premium almost immediately." She needed one capability, complex rotating schedules, and paid the moment she found it. The mechanism is fine. Nothing is nudging anyone toward it.

The Missing Layer

Nothing on your site, and as far as the public listing shows nothing in onboarding either, captures an email address. There is an "Install the app" button and then nothing between that and the app stores. No list, no welcome sequence, no reason to expect the next touch to come from you. See the build order and how to prove me wrong →

That matters more here than in most apps because of the calendar. A student sets up a schedule in September, uses it all term, then a break arrives and nothing brings them back when the next term starts and they need a new one. It is predictable, it recurs every year, and it is the one thing a product with no email capture structurally cannot do for itself. I have attached a holdout test to that claim so you can disprove it on one term.

Who Wrote This

I do lifecycle, monetization and go-to-market for product-led companies. At Reform I led the email platform migration and the list rebuild that cut bounce rates 18% and email churn 22%, alongside 18% better onboarding activation. At Arinka Travel I built segmented 14-day nurture sequences from nothing across Airtable and Brevo.

I run Marketing In Action and build my own go-to-market tooling, including the outbound engine that found you and Marketing Agent Skills, the Claude Code skills I run this work on.

Let's talk about Smart Timetable.

The build order in the plan is specific enough to run in-house, starting with email capture, since everything else depends on it. If you would rather not build and time it solo, that is what I would do with you.
