Hello Shape
I worked the target back from your published prices to stage volumes, a cost ceiling per demo and a first-quarter budget. I also walked your demo path the way a commercial manager would. Both are in the next slides.

I'd start with the step between a demo request and a meeting on the calendar, before adding budget. I built the full model, a calculator you can change, and a review of the demo path. Read the plan →
With instant booking after the form, 30 held demos need about 66 demo requests a month. Without it, the same 30 need about 146, which more than doubles the media bill. Your pricing also sets how hard paid can be pushed: a Professional account is worth about $19,800 a year, so Shape can pay well over $1,000 per held demo and still come out ahead.
The first month would be about seeing the funnel. That means a weekly scorecard from Shape Aware to pipeline, routing and alerts sales can trust, and replacing my assumptions with your HubSpot data. Paid scale and the webinar and events engine follow in that order.

At Cecure Intelligence, I owned the funnel from campaign to closed deal across five markets and turned it into 406 sales qualified leads, with paid campaigns returning 2-3x on ad spend. At Bujeti, events and partnerships became a second lead source worth 200+ marketing qualified leads. At Bento Africa, the lead scoring and nurture programs I designed raised sales qualified lead volume 50%. I publish how I run paid media in the Paid Acquisition Playbook.
I'm based in Lagos, so I'd join through an Employer of Record or as a contractor. If that works for you, I'd like to talk about the plan directly.
