Hello Prerender

AI crawlers can't read JavaScript pages. That makes Prerender a revenue story a CMO can fund.

I built a four-slide customer deck, a go-to-market plan and a working demo for an AI and Brand Visibility Panel. It shows what AI can read on a site, how often the brand gets cited, and what the gap costs in revenue.

The Pitch: Where I'd Start

I'd start with what I already built: the customer deck, the go-to-market plan and a clickable demo of the Panel. See all three →

Prerender already sits where the problem lives. The crawlers behind ChatGPT, Claude and Perplexity don't run JavaScript, so a store can rank well on Google and still be a blank page to the tools buyers now ask. Monitoring tools can show a brand slipping out of AI answers. Prerender is the one that serves those crawlers a page they can read, so it can show the gap and close it in the same contract.

The story I'd tell is about money. Take the visits landing on pages AI can't read, multiply them by the revenue each visit brings in from the customer's own Google Analytics, and show what's at risk and what rendering recovers. That's the number a marketing lead can take to finance, and it moves Prerender from a technical fix the SEO team buys into a budget line the CMO defends.

The Proof

The deck, the plan and the live demo are on one page, each linked to its original. Read the full build →

I built the demo myself in HTML with no engineering help. A product marketer who can ship an interactive tool can put a calculator or a demo in front of sales without waiting for a sprint.

I've moved a product into a new category before. At Reform, I repositioned a general-purpose form builder around conversion, and trial activation rose 34%. At Distrobird, I ranked for 3,000+ competitive keywords in 90 days, so the technical SEO buyer is familiar ground. I write up the playbooks behind this work in the MIA newsletter.

Let's talk about Prerender.

If this is the right problem for you, I'd like to talk about it directly.
