Hello FIFU
You said yes to the plan, so here it is. I went through your plugin as a free user on your own public test site: every settings tab, the Cloud add-on, the Plugins list page, and the deactivation flow.
James Praise · Lifecycle, Monetization and Go-to-Market
The core free plugin works cleanly. I created a real post and used it, and there is no friction in that path. The gap is what happens when a free user reaches for a PRO feature. Read the full plan →
I clicked the Featured Video toggle on the Video tab. It is marked PRO and looks fully interactive. Nothing happened. No popup, no message, no link, no visual change. The same on every other PRO toggle I tried. At the moment someone is most ready to pay you, they get silence.
FIFU Cloud, your separate add-on, has a dedicated admin page with a real Account tab: an email field and a working Sign up button, right inside WordPress. You have built a genuine in-app conversion flow before. It has just never been pointed at the PRO license, which is where 60,000 free installs are sitting. See the upgrade copy and the email plan →
Your Developers tab does the same thing for communication, listing every function with an explicit PRO column, clear and unambiguous. The capability is there. It only appears in a reference table instead of at the moment of use. I have written the actual prompt copy for two real toggles rather than telling you a prompt should exist.
I do lifecycle, monetization and go-to-market for product-led companies. At Reform I ran a phased sunset of the legacy free plan that moved 72% of those users onto paid, with 18% better onboarding activation and trial-to-paid conversion up 21%. At Bento Africa I built the lead scoring and lifecycle nurture behind a 50% increase in sales qualified leads.
I run Marketing In Action and build my own go-to-market tooling, including the outbound engine that found you and Marketing Agent Skills, the Claude Code skills I run this work on.
Everything in the plan is specified enough to build yourself, and the in-app fix is the half I would ship first. If you would rather not build and test it solo, that is what I would do with you.
