Hello ClickUp
Brain² only becomes ClickUp's real moat once a new signup gets far enough to feel it. I mapped exactly where that gets decided, using nothing but ClickUp's own public site, before creating an account.

I'd start with exactly what I already mapped: where ClickUp's own marketing site previews the exact complexity that becomes the onboarding challenge, and what it would take to prove Brain² adoption against the 96% AI-adoption-failure number ClickUp already cites on its own homepage. The broader move is sequencing, not hiding. ClickUp's depth is real and it's the actual differentiator, so the fix is showing the right slice first, a solo signup versus a team lead, then letting the rest surface as it's earned.
The same instinct applies to Brain² specifically: define the exact event that counts as value delivered, not just feature exposure, then trigger it at the moments a user is doing something manually that AI could shortcut.
I mapped ClickUp's actual pre-signup experience and drafted a measurement spec for Brain² adoption, both built from ClickUp's own public site and messaging, not a hypothetical. Read the full teardown and spec →
At Reform, I owned a PLG funnel post-acquisition: an 18% lift in onboarding activation, and a phased freemium-to-paid lifecycle sequence that converted 72% of legacy free users to paid, precedent for sequencing beating a hard cutover. I also run 81 AI agent skills in daily production, 34 published open source, proof that AI as a force multiplier is already how I work.
If this is the right problem for you, I'd like to talk about it directly.
