Hello Arcanna

Decision Intelligence is Arcanna's category to own. Right now, no single page claims it.

I read every page where Arcanna names its own category, checked how Tines, Torq, Swimlane and D3 Security name theirs, and tested what a security buyer gets back when they ask an AI search engine to define the term cold. Here's what I found, and where I'd put the fix first.

The Pitch: Where I'd Start

I'd start with exactly what I already drafted: a teardown of how Arcanna names its own category across every page that makes a category claim, how Tines, Torq, Swimlane and D3 Security name theirs, and what a security buyer actually gets back when they ask an AI search engine to define "decision intelligence" for a SOC today. The pattern I'd test first is picking one definition, saying it out loud on a real sales call to see if it survives, then carrying it verbatim across the homepage hero, the manifesto, the about page, and the opening line of every deck and RSA or Black Hat talk abstract. Right now three of Arcanna's own pages disagree with each other on the words, which usually means the sales team is already saying it three different ways too.

I'd also want thirty minutes with whoever owns the "Decision Intelligence" phrase internally, since the fastest way to get this wrong is writing a confident definition nobody at Arcanna actually agrees with yet.

The Proof

The teardown itself is the strongest evidence here. It found Arcanna's homepage leads with "AI Platform for SOC," the manifesto leads with "Own the Judgment. Govern the Verdict.," and only the careers page calls Arcanna "the category-defining Decision Intelligence platform," while a generic security-buyer search for the term surfaces Seceon, Torq, Anomali and Palo Alto Networks before it surfaces Arcanna at all. At Reform, I ran a version of this for real: forcing one category claim across every page instead of letting each one describe the product its own way, after FunnelEnvy's acquisition. Trial activation rose 34% in the months after.

I've also built and published 34 marketing AI agent skills publicly on GitHub, proof I build the systems I market instead of only writing about them, the same translation Arcanna's Decision Layer needs for CISOs and SOC leaders.

Let's talk about Arcanna.

If this is the right problem for you, I'd like to talk about it directly.
