Hello AIVideo.com
Meta accounts don't forgive that division of labor. Judgment calls, creative fatigue versus a bad audience, when to kill a test versus give it another day, have to happen while the campaign is live, before the budget is already spent.
James Praise · Marketing and GTM Operator
My most successful Meta Ads campaign is my own. I built and run the full paid funnel for my own courses at Marketing In Action, wiring GTM, first-party server-side tracking, Meta pixel and Conversions API, and Google Analytics myself. The account sits at 4.84x ROAS. On one cold campaign, the pixel showed weak results. Checking against real sales told a different story: people were clicking buy and dropping at checkout. I fixed the checkout flow.
I also took a quick look at your own live Meta account, since a video-ad company's own funnel is fair game. See what I found →
I manage Meta accounts for 5 to 6 clients right now, strategy through creative through reporting, on my own. I read the whole funnel, so when a campaign underperforms I can tell within a day whether it's the offer, the landing page, or the ad itself.
Measurement is the part most people bolt on late. I wire first-party tracking myself so a platform's own dashboard isn't the only version of the truth I'm working from.
I read your own live Meta account and found it tests video treatments but reuses the same one or two hooks across all of them. See what I found →
The checkout fix on my own Marketing In Action account came from the same habit: read the real data, not just what the pixel says. I built the Prospect & Outbound Engine and the Marketing Agent Skills library, 81 skills in daily use, 34 open source, proof I document what works instead of just running it once.
If this is the right problem for you, I'd like to talk about it directly.
